Entry Level Sales Associate
Catalyst Marketing and Management is a rapidly growing sales firm located in the Jacksonville area. We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented individual to join our Entry Level Sales Associate team to assist in meeting our growing client’s demands. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, driving sales for our telecommunications client, and promoting business growth. You will execute field marketing and sales strategies as a point person and oversee a team of Sales Associates to ensure that the company is achieving desired performance metrics on behalf of the client. As this is an entry level role, we will offer comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to ensure success in the role.
Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Sales Associate:
- Interact face-to-face with prospective customers, presenting products and services that are tailored to each customer's needs and ensuring understanding
- Support and motivate sales and marketing team members to meet and exceed sales goals by providing consistent mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions to track performance, ensure a seamless enrollment process, and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in developing and improving marketing and sales strategies that are aimed at boosting sales performance
- Promote customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service by answering all questions and concerns in a professional manner, and offering personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications of an Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, in sales or marketing or customer service-related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Must consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
